The United States-Mexico-Canada Agreement (USMCA) is not an improvement over the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) as President Trump has claimed.
The USMCA will merge the economies of three North America countries into a North American Union, similar to the European Union.
Trump’s ballyhooed USMCA still contains much of NAFTA’s provisions and controls that will decimate American industry and agriculture. The agreement promotes “Post-2015 Sustainable Development Goals” that will control people, regulate economies, and prevent industrialization.

It would gain control over all three via layered levels of government, all of which would strip the United States of control in these areas and give control to regional governmental entities. With the U.S. EPA already attempting to control … where Americans live, how they live, and what type of work can be done in a given region … imagine a regional entity with the same power and no real oversight whatsoever.” — Christian Gomez
For over a century, globalists have envisioned a world of free trade, open borders, and global government. They have been working to replace sovereign nation-states with a “new world order,” or a world union, governed by the United Nations or some other one-world government body.

According to Loudenback, Trump’s USMCA will:
- Remove national sovereignty,
- Override the Constitution,
- Circumvent Congress
- Usurp jurisdiction over Courts
- Override Property Rights
- Create a UN-controlled Energy Grid for Canada, Mexico, and the US
- Establish a Supranational Bureaucracy for Canada, Mexico, and the US
- Establish Open-borders among Canada, Mexico, and the US
- Impose Climate Change regulations and taxes
- Promote LGBTQ “Gender Identity” and “gender-related issues”
- Control Customs Duties
- Make Canada, Mexico, and the US member states of the North American Union
Attempts to remove the agreement’s most egregious provisions have been ignored by the White House. It’s becoming clear now why Nancy Pelosi has allowed the USMCA to pass the House in the middle of an impeachment battle.

Defend the Constitution, Don’t Amend It

Many Americans are too intellectually lazy to act as vigilant citizens, so they have deferred that responsibility to lobbyists and activists promoting an Article V “Convention for proposing Amendments,” a.k.a. the Convention of States (CoS) Project.
Article V of the Constitution establishes two ways for proposing amendments to the Constitution: “whenever two thirds of both houses shall deem it necessary or, on the application of the legislatures of two thirds of the several states.”
The CoS Project wants to convene a convention to propose amendments that will “impose fiscal restraints on the federal government, limit the power and jurisdiction of the federal government, and limit the terms of office for its officials and for members of Congress.”
The problem is America’s tyrannical federal government did not arise due to a defect in the Constitution; leviathan arose because the Constitution is not being enforced and obeyed. That is to say, the Constitution is not flawed but the enforcement of its provisions is. And quick-fix repairs offered under the guise of “reining in the federal government” could backfire and open up the Constitution to revisions or wholesale rewrites.

There is no enforceable mechanism to prevent a convention from reporting out wholesale changes to our Constitution and Bill of Rights. We don’t need a cadre of politicians, pundits, media personalities, and establishment elites to “fix” our Constitution with their words and amendments when the Constitution is not broken. The Constitution should be preserved, protected, and defended from tinkering by these tinhorns and their moneyed interests.
Our Constitution is a historical miracle and a one-of-a-kind document that is the envy of the world. To convene a convention to alter it is not only foolhardy but it is tempting fate.

A CoS would provide the structural changes that are needed to complete Barack Obama’s transformation of America. Listen carefully and weigh the arguments presented by Hall and Boyce to understand the inherent dangers of the CoS Project
Americans need to realize that once the CoS application triggers an Article V Convention for proposing amendments, the entire Constitution will be subject to amendment. The truth is a Convention of States will destroy our Constitution if it is not stopped now.
