During the Senate committee hearing on the nomination of resident Biden’s woke Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson, Alabama Attorney General Steve Marshall (R) would not say whether Biden was the “duly elected and lawfully serving” president of the United States.
Marshall testified at the hearing that he had concerns about Brown Jackson’s views on the criminal justice system.
During his testimony, leftist Democrat Sheldon Whitehouse (R.I.) pressed him repeatedly over whether Biden was the “duly elected and lawfully serving” president, and Marshall repeatedly dodged Whitehouse’s yes-or-no question by answering that Biden was the president of the country.
Wouldn’t it be interesting to find out how congressional Republicans and right-of-center radio/TV talk show hosts would answer the same question if they were under oath and testifying under penalty of perjury?
