In the videos below, political commentator and conservative comedian Evan Sayet explains the thinking of the modern left and today’s Democrats. These videos are a must see for anyone who doesn’t understand the rise of Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and what’s going on in today’s Democrat Party.

According to Sayet, people on the left believe that knowledge and thought are acts of bigotry, and truth doesn’t matter to them. They side with evil over good, wrong over right, ugly over beautiful, profane over profound, and the behaviors that lead to failure over those that lead to success. They insist that no culture is better than any other culture, which means that success is unjust, great success is a great injustice, and long and sustained success is the greatest injustice of all.

Sayet says that the 1980s outlawed critical thinking, making it a hate crime and subsequently turning knowledge and thought into acts of bigotry. “It’s not that the liberal is stupid, Sayet says. “It’s that he’s made thinking into something that he will not engage in.” With that Sayet concludes, “The first time you think is the last time you’re a Democrat.”

“Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!” Isaiah 5:20 (KJV)

Last Friday night on HBO’s Real Time With Bill Maher host Maher ridiculed fly-over country and belittled Trump voters suggesting they were envious of his lifestyle and the lifestyles of the rich and famous.

(See video below.)

In a segment about Amazon’s new headquarters, Maher said what red state voters really want is a more cosmopolitan lifestyle.

“The flyover states have become passed-over states, that’s why red state voters are so pissed off,” Maher said.

“They don’t hate us. They want to be us. They want to go to the party. It’s like we’re the British royal family and they’re Meghan Markle’s dad,” Maher added.

Even though I know it’s a futile task to free a fool from the chains he reveres, yet I do things sometimes just for the sake of saying I tried.

Envy you, Mr. Maher? Red State voters don’t envy you or any of the party goers in your “smart set.”

So you understand, Mr. Maher, put this in your pipe and smoke it.

We don’t want to be like you or like the people who think like you because we know:

You’re cruel and miserable people who can’t respond to love.

You respond only to what your petty desires dictate, to things that have weight, bulk, and value.

You’re nothing but appraisers and gold diggers who don’t value the arts for their truth or their beauty.

You use them for personal fame and fortune.

You live in a mirror, Mr. Maher.

The world is nothing to you but a reflection of yourself.

You belittle America and its patriots for your amusement.

You take pleasure in humiliating them and mocking their beliefs because it gives you the same sense of fulfillment that they get from a kiss or an embrace.

You’re a hollow man, Mr. Maher. Without your persona, you and the people who think like you are nothing more than ridiculous caricatures.

Most “self-identified” Christians know very little about the doctrine of predestination and what the Scripture teaches on it. For those with ears to hear, Professor Gordon Clark’s lecture provides a survey of what the Old Testament says about predestination.

Does the Bible Forbid Ordination of Women? By Gordon H. Clark

http://gordonhclark.reformed.info/does-the-bible-forbid-ordination-of-women-by-gordon-h-clark/

Professor Gordon Clark’s article refutes the current arguments for women pastors and church officials. Clark writes, “If we accept Scripture as our norm, it is forbidden to seize one verse and misinterpret it to the detriment of other explicit passages. The more obscure must always be understood in the light of what is clear and indisputable. … In the New Testament there is no authority for or example of a woman elder or minister. And we are bound by the Scriptures, the infallible and only rule of church government. We dare not add, subtract, or alter.”

Belief is based upon knowledge; therefore, to believe in Jesus is to believe in His person, His work, and His word. The Gospel is “that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures” 1 Corinthians 15: 3,4 KJV

A few days ago I received a letter with an obituary of an acquaintance who had died a couple of months ago. For several years she was “on the wagon” and kept away from the drugs and alcohol by busying herself with church activities and AA meetings.

During those years of sobriety I would speak with her on the phone and would send her money periodically to help with her living expenses. The last time we spoke she was rambling, slurring her words, and dropping hints about needing money.

Somewhere in her disjointed ramblings, she mentioned that she had relapsed and was taking medication to help with her pain and suffering. Before saying goodbye, I told her, “I’m sorry, but I don’t know what to say to you anymore.”

I mention this story in passing because for the last ten years I’ve been doing everything I can think of to convey biblical and political truths to patriots and evangelicals on social media, and I’m sorry, but I don’t know what to say anymore because the truth doesn’t seem to matter to them.

It makes me think of what Paul wrote in his second letter to the Thessalonians regarding the prophesied Second Coming, “God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness” (2:11,12).

America’s patriots and evangelicals live in perilous times where the dawning of each new day is fraught with danger and brings with it an imminent risk of disaster. But rather than having ears for the actual truth itself, they seem to have itching ears for “the truths” they want to hear and with which they agree. They don’t seem to know that they are blind to the truth and being led by blind guides or care that they are being deceived by deceivers.

Lear’s lament rings just as true for the 21st Century and it did for the 17th. ‘Tis the times’ plague, when madmen lead the blind.’

Barack Obama and the Democrat Party have severed America’s ties from her Christian moorings and set her adrift on a sea of hostility, violence, and turmoil. This nation is now under God’s judgment, and she can’t be saved no matter how many times Donald Trump and his enthusiastic supporters say she will be made “great again.”

The truth be told, when Ronald Reagan died, America’s greatness died with him.

The best lack all conviction, while the worst
Are full of passionate intensity.

The Gospel is not:

you must be born again

you must repent

you must be saved

you must decide for Christ

you must trust Jesus

you must have a personal relationship with Christ

you must be filled with the Holy Spirit

you must be baptized with the Holy Spirit

you must speak in tongues

you can preform miracles

let Jesus into your heart

expect a miracle

Jesus set an example for us that we may follow Him to Heaven

let go and let God

draw nigh unto God

Christ died for all men and desires the salvation of all

Christians should take dominion over the earth

Jesus is coming again

The Gospel is

“that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures [emphasis mine]; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures [emphasis mine]” I Corinthians 15: 3,4
