CRUZ FINDS AMNESTY BILL LOOPHOLE THAT PENALIZES EMPLOYERS FOR HIRING U.S. CITIZENS

Republican Senator Ted Cruz found a loophole in the gang-of-eight amnesty bill that penalizes an employer $5000 for hiring a U.S. citizen or a legal immigrant over an alien with Registered Provisional Immigrant (RPI) status.

“This bill [gang-of-eight amnesty bill] creates an enormous incentive to hire those here illegally. At the same time it does it by creating a statutory penalty for hiring United  States citizens and for hiring legal immigrants.

This bill says if an employer hires a citizen or a legal immigrant, the IRS can impose a $5,000 penalty on that employer. But if the employer instead hires someone with RPI status, that penalty will go away. That is utterly and completely indefensible.”— U.S. Senator Ted Cruz (R-TX)

OBAMA WILL SIGN CONTROVERSIAL U.N. ARMS REGULATION TREATY

Secretary of State John “Lurch” Kerry confirmed Monday that American’s first native born President, Barak Hussien Obama, will sign the controversial U.N. arms regulation treaty, which requires countries create a registry of gun owners, manufacturers, and traders within their borders and establish mechanisms that could keep the citizens of each country from buying ammunition for their own weapons.

This is only the beginning boys and girls. Obama’s power has been steadily increasing since he took office in 2009; and nothing will stop him from transforming America into a totalitarian state: not the military, not the legislature, and certainly not the judiciary.

Although the Constitution requires a two-thirds majority vote in the Senate to ratify a treaty before its provisions can take effect, the specific language reads “two thirds of the Senators present,” which means the treaty can be ratified by a minimum quorum of just 34 Senators.

Keep in mind that there is no depth to which shameless machine party hack Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid will not stoop to further the Democrat Party’s agenda, and that America’s Constitution and rule of law have been largely ignored by Obama and his Bread and Circuses administration since taking office in 2009.

WILL OBAMA’S $1.9 BILLION SPY CENTER STORE CITIZENS’ PERSONAL AND PRIVATE DATA?

The audio, video, photos, e-mails, documents, and other information to track people’s movements and contacts that U.S. intelligence agencies have been extracting could end up in the one million square-foot, $1.9 billion Utah Data Center scheduled for completion this October.

The facility is located at Camp Williams on the Salt Lake-Utah County line, and officials have been on the q.t. about the type of information to be stored in the spy center’s four data halls.

When Obama first ran for president, he ran as an opposition candidate denouncing George W. Bush and his administration for carrying out surveillance and secretly gathering data in fighting the War on Terror, and now he has the chutzpah to tell the American people that they must relinquish their Fourth Amendment rights to “help us prevent terrorist attacks.”

“Yesterday, there was a Tzar and there were slaves. Today, there is no Tzar, but the slaves are still here. Tomorrow there will be only Tzars. We walk forward in the name of the free man of tomorrow, the Tzar of tomorrow. We have gone through the epoch when the masses were oppressed. We are now going through the epoch when the individual is oppressed in the name of the masses.”

OBAMA’S NATIONAL CITIZEN DATABASE

Barak Obama’s director of national intelligence, James Clapper, has admitted that the National Security Agency uses companies such as Google, Facebook, and Apple to obtain emails and online files on millions of Americans.

Obama has expanded on President George W. Bush’s internet surveillance program to monitor potentially millions of people in the United States.

Back in February Democrat Congresswoman Maxine Waters was interviewed by Roland Martin and spilled the beans on Obama’s National Citizen Database:

“The President has put in place an organization that contains the kind of database that no one has ever seen before in life that’s going to be very, very powerful.

That database will have information about everything on every individual in ways that it’s never been done before and whoever runs for President on the Democratic ticket has to deal with that.

They’re going to go down with that database and the concerns of those people because they can’t get around it. And he’s [Obama] been very smart. It’s very powerful what he’s leaving in place.”—Maxine Waters, “Washington Watch” February 04, 2013

Waters suggests that Obama’s got government databases aplenty and the goods on everybody.
