In the 4:30 must see video, Chapter shows the reality of how California’s electronic benefit transfer (EBT) program is being abused by states, which gives away the people’s tax dollars to recipients who have kids just to get the benefits the system provides.

In the music video, Keywanda is living large. She has 10 kids and deals with the drama and stress of the kids’ fathers. Thanks to California’s  EBT program, girlfriend can not only support her lifestyle, she also can have fun and get “Turnt Up” too.

Chapter’s satirical video ridicules both the enabled and their enablers. She uses satire to lampoon the state’s welfare system, but her greater purpose is to shame California residents into reforming the system.

Note:  Below are both the “clean” and the “explicit” versions of the video. F-bombs are dropped throughout the explicit version.

The Occupy Wall Street protesters complain about corporations and having to pay back student loans. The baby boomers have spawned a generation of self-entitled cry babies. Put them on their own in the woods for three and half days, and they just might begin to appreciate what the free market has given them.

The American people have only themselves to blame. They allowed the bank and auto industry bailouts. The so-called 99% have forgotten that a representative democracy of the people, by the people, and for the people means the people are accountable for the corrupt crony capitalists and socialist politicians who now rule them. Yet they refuse to accept blame for their irresponsible lack of vigilance and point their fingers at the rich who are only partly are fault.

The fault, dear Brutus, is not in our stars, But in ourselves, that we are underlings.
