In this must-see 14:02 video from the Senate floor on Saturday, Florida Senator Marco Rubio calls out the Ruler and the Democrat-controlled Congress for failing to pass or propose a budget in over two years.

In addition, the Republican Senator goes toe-to-toe with Massachusetts Senator John “Lurch” Kerry who debates the subtle nuances of the Ruler’s vote against raising the debt ceiling in 2006 when George W. Bush was president.

Kerry:  The problem is we gotta reach across the aisle and negotiate and come to agreement. Right now there’s not a lot of negotiating going on. Is it not true that we are on the brink of a default, and the absence of negotiation, or the absence of a settlement presents us with a far more serious consequence in the unwillingness to raise the debt ceiling today?

Rubio:  To the Senator from Massachusetts I would say that it is impossible to negotiate with someone who doesn’t have a plan.

It’s been a long time coming, but finally a Republican has stepped to the plate to tell the American people that the Ruler and Senate Democrats intend to increase spending, the size of government, and the national debt.

Republicans leaders could unite their party overnight if they would only realize that a “compromise that’s not a solution is a waste of time.”

Transgender Activist Instructs 5- and 6-Year-Olds on Gender Identity in Seattle Schools

By Jerry A. Kane

Transgender activist Aidan Key gets phone calls from parents and public- and private-school administrators in Seattle, Washington, seeking guidance for little boys who dress as girls or the little girls who return to school as boys.

At one time Key’s guidance requests were directed at middle- and high-school students, but now they involve children in kindergarten and first grade “who don’t believe their bodies match who they feel they are inside.”

School administrators bring Key into the classroom to help students accept their transgender classmates, to answer questions, and to talk about its own transformation from female to male.

“When I was your age, I was a girl. Everybody saw me as a girl and I looked like a girl. But inside … I felt I was a boy, so when I got older I worked with a doctor. We call that being transgender.”

The “Gender Identity Movement” demands the “right” to choose one’s gender and lobbies for laws that will compel society to accommodate, fund, and to accept such a “right.”

Transgender activism “is a part of a broader Cultural Revolution which substitutes an entirely different view of the dignity of the human person, human freedom, human flourishing, human sexuality, marriage and the family and the moral basis of a free society than that which formed Western Civilization.”

The Australian Human Rights Commission has concocted the following list of gender identities to be protected under the nation’s anti-discrimination laws: transgender, trans, transsexual, intersex, androgynous, agender, cross dresser, drag king, drag queen, genderfluid, genderqueer, intergender, neutrois, pansexual, pan-gendered, third gender, third sex, sistergirl and brotherboy.

Communism means abolishing the … divisive gender roles created by the class society.”

A couple days ago House Majority Whip Kevin McCarthy used a scene from The Town (a crime movie about thieves who need to stick together to accomplish their mission) to inspire skeptical House Republicans to “get their asses in line” and go along with “Tammy Faye” Boehner’s deficit reduction plan.

According to reports, the tactic worked splendidly on Florida congressman Allen West, a Tea Party favorite who went from critic to enthusiastic supporter of the Boehner Plan.

Before voting today on Boehner Plan 2.0, West and House Republicans should seriously ponder the following exchange between Attorney General Gideon Young and FBI Director James Grace from the movie The Kingdom:

Attorney General Gideon Young: I’m gonna bury you.

FBI Director James Grace: You know, Westmoreland made all of us officers write our own obituaries during Tet, when we thought The Cong were gonna end it all right there. And, once we clued into the fact that life is finite, the thought of losing it didn’t scare us anymore. The end comes no matter what, the only thing that matters is how do you wanna go out, on your feet or on your knees? I bring that lesson to this job. I act, knowing that someday this job will end, no matter what. You should do the same.

Someday your jobs in Washington will end. The question is will you leave office on your feet or on your knees?

Five (Fairly) Short Points

By Michael E. Hammond

(1)  House Republicans are walking into an enormous trap. The Boehner plan is sufficiently similar to the Reid plan, in virtually all important respects, that its passage will lead to the following compromise:

The adoption of Boehner’s ten years of sham cuts, which will be ephemeral beyond fiscal year 2012. Even John McCain said tonight that Gramm-Rudman (whose “sequestration” provisions are the enforcement mechanism for Boehner) became worthless because Congress just started declaring emergencies.

A commission which will report out large tax increases which cannot be filibustered. The “deciders” on the commission will be six Pelosi/Reid people and one squish Republican, who will be corralled into submission by:

A “trigger” which will make the pressure currently being applied to Congress seem small by comparison.

(2) Unless you can guarantee that it will go to the states, a guarantee of a losing vote on the balanced budget amendment is worthless.

(3) Dick Morris is correct that if Tuesday comes and goes, with only a shut-down of unessential government agencies, the American people will see Obama’s fear-mongering for what it is.

(4) Furthermore, as 2008 taught us, the GOP can sell all of its principles and spend the better part of a trillion dollars and the stock market will still continue to fall – particularly since Standard & Poor’s is about to downgrade the U.S. for being too timid in debt reduction.

(5) Finally, Obama is currently reeling from his poor stewardship. For Republicans to capitulate and give him a “compromise” will reset him on a glide path to reelection. The liberal media is currently “spinning” that Republicans have won, but, after they lose, their surrender will be reported for what it was.

The other day Eric “Time to Ditch Reagan” Cantor told Tea Party conservatives to “quit whining” and vote, and now House Speaker “Tammy Faye” Boehner tells them to “get their asses in line” and pass his debt-ceiling proposal, even though his proposal immediately raises the Debt Ceiling by $1 trillion and phases in the $1.2 trillion in cuts over 10 years, which means Democrats will renege and no cuts will ever be made.

Like John McCain, Boehner finds it easier to lash out at conservative Republicans than call to account his leftist Democrat comrades in the Senate.

House Republicans have already passed both the Ryan and Cut, Cap, and Balance plans, but the Democrat-controlled Senate dismissed them without reservation, even though Senate Democrats have not submitted a budget in over 2 years and the Ruler hasn’t submitted a budget since he took office.

Yet Boehner and Cantor seem perfectly content to send up another plan for Harry Reid and the Senate Democrats to dismiss out of hand.

While Democrat leaders fight like cornered cats to push through legislation that has proven harmful to the country and didn’t have the backing of the people, Republican leaders are quick to give in to Democrat demands and walk back legislation that has had the support of the people and would have helped the country.

Publicly denouncing the Bread and Circuses administration and Democrat-controlled Senate as enemies of the process would make more sense and be more productive than attacking fellow Republicans; unless of course the parties’ leaders are all on the same side, and Boehner and Cantor regard the Ruler and Reid as rivals, not enemies.

Recent NASA satellite data reveal a “huge discrepancy” between the climate models foisted by global warming proponents and real-world facts.

Climate models have assumed that human carbon dioxide emissions increase atmospheric humidity and cirrus clouds, which trap heat and cause global temperatures to rise.

But satellite data from 2000 through 2011 show there is far less heat being trapped than the climate models predicted; in addition, the atmosphere is releasing heat into space faster than the models predicted.

“The satellite observations suggest there is much more energy lost to space during and after warming than the climate models show.”—Dr. Roy Spencer, principal research scientist at the University of Alabama, Huntsville

The major premise of the global warming theory has been that human carbon dioxide emissions are trapping a certain amount of heat in the earth’s atmosphere and preventing it from escaping into space.

Americans can sleep well knowing the planet doesn’t have a fever after all.

“With all of the hysteria, all of the fear, all of the phony science, could it be that man-made global warming is the greatest hoax ever perpetrated on the American people? It sure sounds like it.”—U.S. Senator James M. Inhofe (R-Okla)

Pitching Wu from Congress

By Jerry A. Kane

Democrat Congressman David Wu will resign amidst a young woman’s allegations of his aggressive, unwanted sexual behavior last year.

Reporters could not verify the young woman’s age. Notes on Facebook over the past 18 months indicate she graduated from high school in 2010. California records show she registered to vote in August.

Oregon Democrat senators, Ron Wyden and Jeff Merkley, informed Wu that they were going to call for his resignation if he did not step down.

During Wu’s re-election campaign last year, staff members said the congressman behaved so erratically that they stopped scheduling public appearances for him and ran campaign ads instead.

Shortly before the November 2 election, Wu’s campaign office was shut down and campaign workers sent home.  But Oregonians methodically re-elected him in spite of his obvious mental problems.

“This is way beyond acceptable levels and the charade needs to end NOW. No enabling by any potential enablers, he needs help and you need to be protected. Nothing else matters right now. Nothing else.”

Voters did the same thing in 2004 when the story broke that Wu had tried to force an ex-girlfriend into having sex while he was a student at Stanford University. Oregonians re-elected him then too in spite of his “inexcusable behavior.”

“As a 21-year-old, I hurt someone I cared very much about. I take full responsibility for my actions and I am very sorry. This single event forever changed my life and the person that I have become.—Dave Wu, Oregon congressman

Wu and his wife are getting a divorce. He said he sought counseling and is taking medication for an unspecified mental condition.

Here’s a thought: David Wu should move to New York and run for Anthony Weiner’s old seat in the 9th Congressional District, and Weiner should move to Oregon and run for Wu’s 1st Congressional District seat. The dip-shit Democrat voters in both districts are sure to elect them.

Ohio voters have been given the opportunity to vote on whether or not the state will participate in ObamaCare, i.e., the Affordable Care Act. A coalition of tea party, small government, and religious groups gathered enough valid signatures to put the constitutional amendment on the November 8 ballot to opt out of the federal health care program.

The measure would change Ohio’s Constitution to prohibit any federal, state or local law from forcing Ohio residents, employers or health care providers to participate in a health care system. It also would prevent the state from enacting a Massachusetts-style health care program, where the state requires a minimum level of insurance coverage.

A new report released by The House of Representatives Oversight Committee finds that at least 122 firearms linked to the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) “Operation Fast and Furious,” operation have turned up at crime scenes in Mexico or were intercepted going to the Mexican drug cartels.

Mexican authorities found AK-47 assault rifles, powerful .50 caliber rifles and other weapons … linked to the U.S. sting operation to trace weapons going across the border to Mexico.

It’s now being reported that Yoko Ono, wife of John Lennon, has been covering up that the former Beatle had undergone a political and religious change of heart a few years before he was murdered/assassinated December 10, 1980.

“[H]e baffled those close to him by constantly praising ‘the Lord,’ writing Christian songs with titles like ‘Talking with Jesus’ and ‘Amen’ (the Lord’s Prayer set to music), and trying to convert nonbelievers. He also called the prayer line of ‘The 700 Club,’ Pat Robertson’s program.”

Lennon also said that if he were an American he would vote for Reagan, having soured on Jimmy Carter.

“He did express support for Reagan, which shocked me….I also saw John embark in some really brutal arguments with my uncle, who’s an old-time communist… He enjoyed really provoking my uncle… Maybe he was being provocative… but it was pretty obvious to me he had moved away from his earlier radicalism…He was a very different person back in 1979 and ’80 than he’d been when he wrote ‘Imagine.’ By 1979 he looked back on that guy and was embarrassed by that guy’s naivete.”

A Bossier City, Louisiana, family is being sued by the Gardens of Southgate homeowners association for displaying a multicolored banner supporting their son’s Marine Corps service in Afghanistan. Timothy and Jodi Burr’s sign has a picture of their 20-year-old son along with the words “Our son defends our freedom.”

Although signs supporting schools or teams can be seen throughout the neighborhood, the Bossier City HOA determined the Burr’s sign violated subdivision covenants.

The Burrs filed an official response to the suit, arguing that the HOA has abandoned the covenant restrictions on signs by not fully enforcing them, and that the forced removal of their sign violates their freedom of expression guaranteed by both state and U.S. constitutions.

The Burr’s have vowed to fight the suit and do not intend to remove the sign.

Campus Crusade for Christ, a prominent Christian ministry, will remove Christ from its name, having found that 9 percent of Christians and 20 percent of non-Christians felt alienated by the name.

“Our name was becoming more and more of a hindrance. … We felt like our name was getting in the way of accomplishing our mission … [which is committed to] proclaiming Christ around the world.”

Early next year, Campus Crusade for Christ International will change the name of its U.S. Operations to “Cru.”

The left’s modus operandi (m.o.) has been to use a horrific tragedy to smear the opposition for political gain. And now it looks like they’re using the Norway attacks to smear Christians and conservatives as terrorists.

The alternative media are reporting that the words “Christian” and “Conservative” were added to Anders Behring Breivik Facebook page after the Norwegian mass murderer had been in custody.

So who tampered with the murderer’s Facebook page and why? And why did the jihadist group “Helpers of Global Jihad” initially claim responsibility for the Oslo bombing and youth camp massacre then later retract the claim?

Inquiring minds want to know.

Once again mainstream media propagandists have trumpeted a lie to attach blame to Christianity for a horrific terrorist attack. They added the Christian moniker to Oklahoma City Bomber Timothy McVeigh, and now they’re doing it again. Only this time it’s Norwegian terrorist Anders Behring Breivik who’s wearing the Christian fundamentalist moniker.

As it turned out, McVeigh was a self-proclaimed agnostic who lauded science as his religion, and now Breivik’s 1,500-page manifesto reveals that he is a Darwinian who does not pray, has doubts about God’s existence, and is not a Christian.

“As for the Church and science, it is essential that science takes an undisputed precedence over biblical teachings. Europe has always been the cradle of science, and it must always continue to be that way. Regarding my personal relationship with God, I guess I’m not an excessively religious man. I am first and foremost a man of logic.”

The media propagandists have desperately tried to tie Christian motivations to Breivik’s and McVeigh’s acts of terrorism. Even though the facts contradict the propagandists desperate attempts to slander Christianity, they won’t retract their false reports because they know that their lies will travel halfway around the world “before the truth can get its boots on.”

A report by the Defense Department’s Inspector General finds the 2010 Pentagon survey that was so instrumental in the repeal of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” (DADT) had been engineered and skewed to favor repeal.

“[E]vidence showed the source carefully disclosed specific survey data to support a pro-repeal agenda … to gain momentum in support of a legislative change during the ‘lame duck’ session of Congress.”

A November Washington Post article reported that 70 percent of military respondents said a DADT repeal would a have a “positive, mixed, or nonexistent” effect. But the truth is combat troops overwhelmingly opposed the DADT repeal, 44 percent to 11 percent. Troops with combat experience said the repeal would have a negative or very negative impact on troops in the field.

[O]ver twelve times as many Marine combat troops said repeal would impact unit readiness negatively as those who responded positively, while Army combat troops were six times more likely to be negative than positive.

In December, the Ruler and Defense Secretary Robert Gates used the Post’s false information to tell Congress and the American people that more than two-thirds of those responding to the Pentagon survey either favored or didn’t object to a DADT repeal.

“When a well-packaged web of lies has been sold gradually to the masses over generations, the truth will seem utterly preposterous and its speaker a raving lunatic.”—Dresden James
