Live Action has released three more undercover videos from Falls Church, Richmond, and Charlottesville Planned Parenthood clinics in Virginia. The undercover videos filmed by Live Action show employees of the largest recipient of federal funds under Title X aiding and abetting underage sex trafficking and government fraud.

For years now, Planned Parenthood has been suspected of covering up abortions performed on underage teens impregnated by older men and falsifying federal documents to receive federal funding for underage abortions.

Planned Parenthood has a history of unethical business practices:

The U.S. Inspector General found that Planned Parenthood New Jersey-based family planning clinics improperly billed Medicaid $2.9 million for services that did not qualify as family planning.

A 2009 audit revealed that Planned Parenthood of the Inland Northwest improperly billed Medicaid more than $629,000 for 333 patient procedures. In a settlement, the Spokane clinic agreed to pay the state $345,000 for using incorrect codes and providing insufficient documentation for Medicaid claims.

Planned Parenthood affiliates in California are under criminal investigation for illegally marking up the price of various birth control drugs and overcharging California taxpayers by at least $180 million.

These recent scandals expose a disturbing pattern of criminal misconduct by Planned Parenthood. Hidden camera investigations from ten states show Planned Parenthood covering up sexual abuse of minors, skirting parental consent laws, and fabricating medical information to influence women to have abortions. Minors and young woman are not safe at Planned Parenthood clinics.

Last year Planned Parenthood received more than $363 million in government grants and contracts and increased the number of abortions it does by 5.8 percent from the previous year. Congress should move the Title X Abortion Provider Prohibition Act to the floor and vote to deny Title X funding to Planned Parenthood.
