Obama and Democrats Poised to Force Open Homosexuality on the Military

By Jerry A. Kane

Now that America’s patriots have put Soros’ and the left’s agenda on life support, the supreme leftist dictator must now rely on the “lame-duck” Democrat Congress (the interim congressional session before the Republicans take office in January) to castrate the military’s “don’t ask, don’t tell” (DADT) policy and force open homosexuality in the U.S. military.

The lame-duck session will allow the loser Democrats, who were booted from office, to stick it to the electorate with impunity. And Brother O is adamant “that we need to change this policy.”

“There’s going to be a review that comes out at the beginning of the month that will have surveyed attitudes and opinions within the armed forces [concerning the DADT law]. … I will look at it very carefully. But that will give us time to act … during the lame duck session – to change this policy.”—Barack Obama

If Obama and the ousted Democrats do not end DADT in the lame-duck session, there’s not much chance of it being overturned in the new Congress. In the upcoming 112th Congress, the likely Republican House Armed Services Committee chairman, Howard “Buck” McKeon (R-Calif.) has opposed ending the policy.

If DADT ends, it will become impossible for chaplains whose faiths consider homosexual practices sinful to serve in the military. They will either leave the service or take jobs in the military that don’t involve their faiths. Also, many churches would withdraw their endorsements making chaplains ineligible to serve, and chaplains who teach against homosexuality would be disciplined for bigotry under the military’s nondiscrimination policy.

The basic theology of the Christian, Jewish, and Muslim faiths teach that homosexuality separates believers from God, which makes the behavior unacceptable. And such teaching would be seriously attacked if DADT ends. Believers who reject the homosexual deathstyle would be forced to the fringes of society, outside its mainstream and Constitutional protections guaranteeing religious freedom, to be deemed haters, bigots, and criminals.

The government is posed to destroy the First Amendment’s free exercise of religion and the unalienable rights of all Americans to religious freedom of conscience. The ending of DADT will initially prohibit religious freedom in the military and then move to restrict religious freedom in the society at large.

Will the people in the nation that enshrined religious freedom as the basis of its Constitution stand blithely by and allow such despicable tyranny without so much as a whimper of opposition? The short answer is only if the people themselves have become as wicked as the leaders who represent them.
