During his State of the Union address, Brother O openly declared war on the Supreme Court publicly flogging it for ruling that businesses and grassroots organizations have First Amendment free speech rights to run political ads during election time.

What’s more, he has gone so far as to name Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. his number one enemy, which has prompted Justice Anthony Kennedy, the only swing-vote on the court, to say that he won’t retire until Brother O is gone.

The Roberts Court has signaled … that it intends to address the issues [ObamaCare, questions of eligibility, conflicts of interest and cronyism, Arizona’s immigration law, and the New Black Panthers Party voter intimidation case]. … A ruling against Obama on any one of these important issues could potentially cripple the Administration.—Anthony G. Martin

According to Martin, the voter intimidation case alone could bring down the entire Administration if enough Justices agree to uphold the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

In 1998, during America’s boy President Bill Clinton’s administration, Mari Del Carmen Aponte withdrew her nomination as ambassador to the Dominican Republic due to her connections to Communist Cuba’s spy agency.

According to a confidential memo from an intelligence expert, Aponte’s live-in boyfriend, Roberto Tamayo, who the FBI believed an agent for Cuba’s Dirección General de Inteligencia (DGI), allegedly introduced her to Cuban intelligence officers who recruited her as a DGI asset.

“When the FBI eventually questioned her about her involvement with Cuban intelligence, she reportedly refused to cooperate, saying that since she was not seeking a permanent White House position she was not subject to a background check.”—confidential memo

After years of ponying up thousands of dollars of penance to Democrat Party candidates and causes, Aponte’s been given absolution. Brother O has bypassed Congress and a hold on the nomination by three Republicans to appoint the extreme leftist U.S. ambassador to El Salvador.

Aponte’s been an avowed socialist among Hispanic political circles for decades. She’s served on the board of directors of the National Council of La Raza, the Puerto Rican Legal Defense, and Education Fund.

“[Her] depth of experience … will be valuable to my administration as we work to bring about real change for the American people.”—Brother O
