Planned Parenthood’s abortion referral center on Haddonfield Road is closing down as a result of New Jersey Governor Chris Christie’s funding cuts of Planned Parenthood abortion facilities.

“We all know it’s strictly ideological. This is a very frustrating and perplexing time for us.”—Lynn Brown, president Planned Parenthood of Southern New Jersey

The New Jersey state Senate’s 23-17 party-line vote fell short of the two-thirds needed to override Christie’s veto of the Planned Parenthood funding bill.

“This debate [in the senate] was never about health care, it is about advancing a political agenda and rewarding ‘friends’ and a radical special interest group with our tax dollars. We commend Governor Christie for his steadfast opposition to eliminate waste, fraud and abuse …”— Marie Tasy, New Jersey Right to Life

The head of Ohio’s Democratic Party called opponents of ObamaCare “f–kers” for thinking of health care as a privilege and not a right.

“It is what it is. Vice President Biden and I have a way with words.”—Chris Redfern, Ohio Democratic Party Chairman

Redfern said that he thought his remarks were off-camera. WTOV9 news was videotaping an endorsement event by the United Steelworkers for several Ohio Democrats, including Governor Ted Strickland, when the camera picked up Redfern’s insult.

Redfern joins a long list of prominent Democrat leaders and politicians who habitually demean Americans with insults, name-calling, and unfounded accusations for disagreeing with their policies.

“These leaders and candidates can’t stand on facts or logic, so they use hate and insults. When you believe in principles of liberty, you don’t have any reason to hate or demean.” —Chris Littleton, the president of the Cincinnati Tea Party

“And then it started like a guilty thing

Upon a fearful summons.”

—William Shakespeare, Hamlet, Act 1, Scene 1

Dinesh D’Souza doesn’t think Brother O’s failed policies are the result of his being clueless in economic matters or his having a European socialist’s bent for redistributing wealth. D’Souza argues that Obama has incorporated his father’s anticolonial ideology and is out to destroy America, believing that America’s wealth came as the result of her invading, occupying, and looting the poor countries of Africa, Asia, and South America.

“The well-being and progress of Europe have been built up with the sweat and the dead bodies of Negroes, Arabs, Indians and the yellow races.”—Frantz Fanon, from The Wretched of the Earth

Obama’s father grew up during Africa’s struggle to be free of European rule, and Brother O saw his father’s anticolonialism as a great and noble cause. For D’Souza, Brother O’s book title is significant. He points out that the title is not dreams of my father, but it’s Dreams from My Father.  In other words, Brother O’s not writing about his father’s dreams; he’s writing about dreams that he has incorporated from his father.

From a very young age and through his formative years, Obama learned to see America as a force for global domination and destruction. He came to view America’s military as an instrument of neocolonial occupation … [and] capitalism and free markets [as] … code words for economic plunder.—Dinesh D’Souza

According to D’Souza, Brother O’s worldview sees America as selfishly consuming the world’s resources and ruthlessly bullying and dominating the rest of the planet.

[A] Luo tribesman … is now setting the nation’s agenda through the reincarnation of his dreams in his son. … The invisible father provides the inspiration, and the son dutifully gets the job done. America today is governed by a ghost.—Dinesh D’Souza

In 1984, Citizens for the Republic, the organization established by Ronald Reagan’s reelection campaign, released its legendary “Morning in America” ad, which is considered one of the greatest political ads of all time. The ad captured Reagan’s optimism and confidence in America’s future.

Today, the situation’s reversed: Americans are worried about their future and about the leftist Democrat Party’s policies that are destroying their country.

Citizens for the Republic’s new ad, “Mourning in America” is a throwback to the 1984 ad, but the twist points out the failed leadership, the out of control government growth, and the government’s usurpation of the people’s ability to make important choices.

Citizens for the Republic have created an effective ad, in fact, one of the best. Take a minute and check it out, perhaps you’ll agree.

The Florida Democratic Party claimed it was an “oversight” when it put Republican Allen West’s Social Security number in its attack mailer.

The Florida Democratic Party mailer attacks West for having an $11,081 tax lien in 2005 that was paid off four months later. The lien notice was pulled from public records in Indiana and reproduced in the mailer with West’s wife’s name removed, his address blacked out, but his nine-digit Social Security number left intact.

West called the incident “an unprecedented new low in American politics.” He is challenging reprehensible incumbent Ron Klein in a race that has received national attention.

“I understand politics is a tough business. I expect to be challenged about my ideas, my beliefs, but Ron Klein has clearly crossed a line. I’m not yet sure the potential damage that might come to my wife and me, and it makes me sick to think of what could happen to my daughters. My entire family is at risk of identity theft.”—Allen West

Klein spokeswoman Melissa Silverman said the Florida Democratic Party “will take appropriate action to rectify the situation,” but refused to answer whether Klein’s campaign had been consulted about the mailer or had known about it in advance.

The West camp is looking into the possibility of legal action.

Why pray tell would Democrats stoop to personal attacks against their Republican opponents when they could run on their sparkling legislative achievements that have done so much to stimulate the economy, create and save jobs, and reduce health care costs?

The Los Angeles Times has reported on the arrest of multiple Democrat politicians from Bell City, but nary a mention of their political party or that they represent a city overwhelming populated with illegal (and legal) aliens from Mexico where corruption is commonplace.

The mainstream media “witch hunt” for Republican Senate candidate Christine O’Donnell is well documented, but the propaganda ministers are missing from court when it comes to uncovering the transgressions of Chris Coons, O’Donnell’s Democrat opponent in the Delaware U.S. Senate race. Also missing amid all the O’Donnell muckraking is Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid’s endearing term for Coons as “my pet.”

The Republican Establishment, the mainstream media, and the loony Left brought up the issue of O’Donnell’s behavior when she was in her twenties, which makes Coons’ twenty-something years a balanced question and fair game. So what did Coons do during his twenties?

Answer? He was in Africa volunteering for the South African Council of Churches, a group that holds to the self-same Black Liberation Theology philosophy preached by James Cone and Jeremiah Wright. The philosophy that has at its core the principles of “Marxism dressed up as Christianity.” The philosophy that is at the very heart of the Obama administration and its actions since taking office two years ago.—Jeffrey Lord

Delaware voters have a clear choice this November. They can choose the “bearded Marxist,” Obama clone, and personal pet of Harry Reid to stay the course on ObamaCare, rising unemployment, increasing taxes, and soaring deficits, or they can go with the wacky witchy woman to oppose the Marxist agenda and fight to alter the current direction the country?

A bit of a no-brainer, wouldn’t you say?

Republicans need to borrow the question that was asked by Ronald Reagan in the run up to the 1980 election against incumbent Democrat president Jimmy Carter, which is “Are you better off now than you were four years ago?” Republicans need to ask the electorate repeatedly if they are better off now than they were before the Democrats regained majorities in the Senate and House in 2006?

I would [put that] slogan on every billboard and on every post in every town square in America. I would print millions of … posters … make a gazillion bumper stickers and T-shirts and coffee mugs and … open every single speech on the campaign trail with that question.—Kyle-Anne Shiver

The fat-cat, tax-cheating, lying Democrats, a circle of oligarchs from big business and hedge funds, and a tiny cadre of thieving thugs from labor unions are the only people in America who are better off now than they were four years ago.

Democrats fought every Republican effort to … to reform Fannie-Freddie before it brought the mortgage business to full-blown crisis. … when the whole thing exploded … bringing the cascading collapse to banks and every other industry … the Democrats … wagged their dirty little fingers at Republicans … They presumed that … they could bury their own malfeasance and incompetence under the rug of majority rule. And that is precisely what they have done. No investigations. No hearings.—Kyle-Anne Shiver

Democrats have become incorrigible brats; their fingerprints are all over the country’s economic and unemployment debacle, yet they have the audacity to look Americans in the face and blame Republicans.

Judicial Watch, a public interest group that investigates and prosecutes government corruption, obtained documents from the Department of Justice (DoJ) through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit proving DoJ officials have not been truthful about who was involved in the dismissal of the voter intimidation case against the New Black Panther Party.

In testimony before the U.S. Civil Rights Commission, Thomas Perez, Assistant Attorney General for the Civil Rights Division, said that no political leadership was involved in the decision to dismiss the case. However, DoJ documents indicate that the case had been discussed between DoJ’s highest political officials, including the deputy attorney general and the associate attorney general, and that Democrat election lawyer and Obama political appointee Samuel Hirsch had been deeply involved in the decision to drop the prosecution.

The documents contradict numerous statements made to Congress, the Civil Rights Commission, and the public by Bread and Circuses Administration officials.

The United States Senate will vote tomorrow (September 21) on a bill to overturn the current “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” law that prohibits homosexuals from serving openly in the U.S. military.

If passed, this bill … will be devastating for military readiness, retention, and recruitment.—American Family Association

Conservative officers and chaplains who believe that homosexual conduct is a sin, or think that homosexual conduct should not be promoted in the armed forces will be forced out of the military.

“[P]eople opposing this new policy will need to get with the program, and if they can’t, they need to get out.”—Lt. Gen. Thomas P. Bostick, deputy chief of staff in charge of personnel for the U.S. Army

The bill will also transform every U.S. military hospital in the world into abortion clinics, and will guarantee amnesty and a path to citizenship for some illegal aliens.
