Obama ‘Green Jobs’ Adviser Van Jones Resigns Amid Controversy
Sunday, September 06, 2009
“On the eve of historic fights for health care and clean energy, opponents of reform have mounted a vicious smear campaign against me,” Jones said in his resignation statement. “They are using lies and distortions to distract and divide.” [emphasis mine]
What Jones means by lies and distortions is that the video tapes contain distortions and lies when played forward; however, when played backwards, the voice in the ebonics dialect that said “Republicans are a**holes” and “the President of the United States sounded like a crackhead” is replaced by a soft spoken one that says, “Republicans are a class act” and “the President of the United States sounds like a good egg.”
Mr. Jones has also been accused of signing a letter, along with Janeane Garofalo and former Georgia Representative Cynthia McKinney, that was sent by a 9/11 Truth organization to former New York governor Eliot Spitzer calling for an “immediate inquiry into evidence that suggests high-level government officials may have deliberately allowed the September 11th attacks to occur.”
Again, what Jones means by distraction is that words themselves can be a distraction for a letter randomly picked up and read, but when the letter is held a few inches over a heat source long enough to warm the paper but not set it on fire, the following words will appear: “9/11 was a series of coordinated suicide attacks carried out Al-Qaeda members, planned by Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, and led by Osama bin Laden.”
Jones can’t ask Brother O or his colleagues in the Bread and Circuses Administration to take precious time and energy defending or explaining his past in the middle of a contentious health care debate.
Obviously, those wrascly wepubricans wacists have done more dirt cheap dirty deeds to another innocent, unsuspecting Democrat.
One day, Sotomayor will right the injustice that’s been done to Mr. Jones, and he will receive dutiful reparations.
